1. Sponsor and Co-Sponsor
The “SoCal 2026 Giveaway” (the “Contest”) is co-sponsored by:

and:
Charvonia Design. North Carolina, USA

2. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

3. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of:

• The United States, and

• Canada,

who are 18 years of age or older (or age of majority in their state/province/territory, if final legal language is adjusted accordingly) at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of Kimbo and Charvonia, as well as their immediate family members and members of the same household, are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited by law.
For Canadian residents:
A skill-testing question may be required before winner confirmation, in accordance with applicable law.

4. Contest Period
The Contest begins on March 9, 2026 at [insert time] PST and ends on March 22, 2026 at 11:59 PST (the “Contest Period”).
Entries submitted outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter by completing the official contest entry form via:

• The online landing page, and/or

• The in-person QR-based booth entry page/form at SoCal

Entrants may be required to provide:

• Full name (if included in final form)

• Email address

• State/Province/Country of residence (recommended for eligibility validation)

• Confirmation they meet eligibility requirements

• Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

• Consent to marketing communications / lead-sharing language (as disclosed in the form)

Entry mechanics for this campaign:

• Email-only entry (no bonus entries)

• Separate online and in-person forms/lists may be used for attribution and routing purposes

• Limit: One primary entry per person per entry method or campaign total (final duplicate-entry rule to be confirmed in final legal text)

6. Prize Description
There is one (1) prize available to be won.
The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $2,000 USD, consisting of:
A. Kimbo Deposit Credit — ARV $1,500 USD
Valid toward a future Kimbo purchase, subject to Kimbo terms and availability

• Expires one (1) year from issuance

• No cash value and may not be redeemed for cash

• Cannot be applied toward past purchases

• Additional restrictions may apply per Kimbo purchase policies

B. Charvonia Credit — ARV $500 USD

• Valid toward Charvonia products, subject to availability and standard fulfillment policies

• Final product selection/credit redemption process determined by Charvonia

• No cash alternative except where required by law

Winner is responsible for any taxes, import duties, shipping surcharges, or additional fees associated with accepting or receiving the prize, where applicable.

7. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The drawing/selection will occur on or around March 23–25, 2026 (final date to be confirmed).
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
For Canadian residents:
Before being confirmed as the winner, the selected entrant may be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, administered by email or phone. Failure to correctly answer may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by Kimbo by email within [insert timeframe, e.g., five (5) business days] of the drawing.
If the winner:

• Does not respond within 5 days is to be found ineligible

• Fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, or

• Declines the prize,

Kimbo and/or Charvonia reserve the right to select an alternate winner.

9. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Kimbo and Charvonia the right to use their name, city/province/state of residence, photographs, and statements for promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability
Kimbo and Charvonia are not responsible for:

• Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries

• Technical failures, QR issues, or website outages

• Errors in promotional materials

• Email delivery failures

• Shipping delays or product availability issues

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Kimbo and Charvonia from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of the prize.

11. General Conditions
Kimbo and/or Charvonia reserve the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest

• Disqualify anyone found tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms

• Make final decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, and interpretation of these Terms

12. Privacy
Entry data may be collected through separate online and in-person forms and may be shared between Kimbo and Charvonia as disclosed in the entry forms and official rules.
Entrants may receive marketing communications in accordance with the consent language presented at entry and may unsubscribe at any time.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and each company’s privacy policy.

13. Governing Law
For U.S. entrants, the Contest shall be governed by the laws of [insert state, likely Washington].
For Canadian entrants, governing law and dispute language should be finalized with legal review (if needed) based on sponsor preference and compliance requirements.
